  • HOME!!!

    So after 19 very long hours of driving I am finally @ home!!! It sounds a lot worse than it actually was...I may be a huge dork but I loved the drive! There is soo much to see on the way from Missouri to southern Florida...and a lot of music to be listened to!! I wish I could stop and see every "sight" or landmark on the way...maybe one day I'll get to take a trip like that...I'D LOVE IT!!!!!
    I drove to church the minute I got into town because it was the last night of our missions conference. It was a good meeting and I was excited to see everyone again. Then I came home and surprised my family (I came home a day earlier then they expected) only to find out that my Nannie had just been rushed to the hospital. She was having pains in her left arm (usually a sign of a heart attack). So far they havent been able to identfiy what the problem is so she has a couple more days in the hospital for observation and testing.
    The today I slept in!!! YAY for Spring Break at home in your own bed!!! Then I washed my truck and after that went to visit my Nannie in the hospital. That was followed by a trip to Walmart and Home Depot. I got to do some much needed yard work and plant some lavender in our front yard. Now I am just chillin with my family about to order some pizza and catch up on some movies!!!!!  (I miss movies sooooooooo much!!!)

  • So sad times.....The Radiance Effect show on my birthday got cancelled!!! :( Now I have to plan something else for the evening...no good....I was all excited about the show...oh well... If anybody has some suggestions feel free to throw them out there, I could use all the help I can get!!!!

  • So I have seriously tried posting this three times...but for some reason Bess the network filter decides to not allow me to access my page!!! Very very frustrating...
    Anyways - Like I tried to say three times before...
    Usually living in Florida isn't all that bad. I mean we have great beaches, amazing weather, and palm trees. I mean seriously, who doesnt like palm trees???? But when you want to go home for Spring Break at a reasonable price.....yeah... it BITES!!! I mean....I am going to MY home, to visit my FAMILY, in MY state (and yes the entire thing does indeed belong to me)but it is relatively impossible to find airfare for that week that is below $400...and yes that is American dollars!! All I want to do is go home and see my daddy get married...that's all...
    Oh well...I may actually end up driving home instead...sure it is 4 days of travel vs 2 but in the long run it looks like it could save atleast $100
    We shall see how the cards play out....
